Our mindfulness program uses a variety of awareness practices to cultivate students’ social and emotional learning skills. Developing grounding and centering skills allows students to feel safe and trust in their own inner resources, which are the foundation for well-being. Our curriculum teaches developmentally appropriate tools to increase self-awareness so students can navigate conflict, anger, anxiety and stress.

Our lessons also emphasize practices that cultivate kindness, gratitude and connection with others to create compassionate and learning-ready classrooms.

Our mindfulness teachers go into local classrooms and offer 20-minute weekly sessions that give children concrete practices to create a pause and bring heartfulness into their words and actions. It is our mission to empower students by giving them more choices and the freedom to respond rather than react to the world around them.
